1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. → Buyer covers return shipping and custom taxes that may apply when sending.
2. Conditions for Return

Custom or modified items are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.
3. Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

Photo evidence is required
If damage occurred during shipping → Bronze Home covers return shipping.
If damage is customer-related → Non-Returnable
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days

5. Customs & Import Taxes
Import duties and local taxes are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
