The need
While renewing its breakfast buffet, the hotel wanted serveware that matched the brass details in the room. The pieces would be washed every day and used heavily.
What we did
Lotus-pattern chafing dishes, caviar bowls, sauce boats and ice buckets were made in silver plating. The chafing dishes were narrowed by 4 cm to fit the buffet counter. 320 pieces were delivered in six weeks.
“The chafing dishes were the first thing guests photographed in the breakfast room. A year on, they still shine like the first day.”
